General Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS

The cost of our workshops, 1-1 classes and valid methods of payment are included on our website and can be booked online through the site.  We reserve the right to alter workshop costs at any time without prior notice. 

• 50% deposit is required to secure all 1-1 classes.  If a 50% deposit is not received before the date of a 1-1 class, we reserve the right to cancel your attendance on the 1-1 class and reallocate your place to another student.
• Full payment is required at time of booking for all 1-1 block bookings.
• Payment in full for all workshops must be made at the time of booking.  In the event of non-payment at time of booking, by the payment deadline or 7 days before the start of the workshop, we reserve the right to cancel your place on the workshop, retain any deposits paid and offer your place to another student. 
• ILA payments and deposits: should you wish to pay for your workshop with ILA funding, we request that a personal cheque for the full amount of the workshop be forwarded to us as a security deposit to hold until after you have presented your ILA voucher and attended the workshop.  Your personal cheque will only be cashed if you a) cancel outwith the 7-day cancellation period or b) fail to attend the workshop without notifying us as per our cancellation policy.  Your ILA funding will remain on your account for future use.

MISSED 1-1 CLASSES OR WORKSHOPS

• 1-1 classes missed for any reason and not cancelled within 24 hours of the start time, will not be refunded.   These classes may not be added on to the end of any block booking under any circumstances.
• Workshops missed for any reason and not cancelled 7 days before the start date will not be refunded. Exceptions may be made depending on personal circumstances, in this instance you may be transferred onto a future  workshop.  The decision to transfer or cancel your place rests with us and that decision is final.

CANCELLATIONS

• All deposits, however paid, are non-refundable.
• Cancellation of participation in our workshops must be received at least 7 days prior to the first day of the booked Workshop.  In this case the full fee minus 25% cancellation fee will be refunded.  ILA participants will also be charged a 25% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued on cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the first day of the booked Workshop.
• Workshops booked using ILA funding are subject to the cancellation terms noted above.  Should you cancel your place less than 7 days prior to the date of the workshop, your security deposit cheque, which was taken at time of booking, will be cashed as a cancellation charge.  Your ILA funding will remain on your account for future use.
• We reserve the right to charge an appropriate amount to cover administration costs incurred in securing late payments or deposits.
